Mummified Espresso Martini

Add this Mummified Espresso Martini to your October night time rotation. It uses the classic espresso martini ingredients but includes a marshmellow melt to create a wrapped up mummy addition to the drink.

Ingredients

  • 15ml coffee concentrate
  • 45ml vodka
  • 15ml kahlua
  • 3 large white marshmellows
  • ice

Instructions

  1. 1
    Add ice, vodka, coffee concentrate & kahlua to a martini shaker
  2. 2
    Then pour into a martini glass
  3. 3
    melt the marshmallows in the microwave on a plate for 30 seconds or until melted, then using your thumb and index finger pinch the marshmellow and pull it from one side of the martini glass rim to the other, creating a mummified look.
