With overnight oats becoming the new craze, you have to try this ultimate peanut butter and coffee version to really level up your mornings, with the kick of coffee and the sweetness of the nut butter.
Ingredients
1tbs chai seeds
1/2 cup of milk
1/3 cup of rolled oats
1/3 cup of vanilla yogurt
1tbs peanut butter
15ml liquid instant coffee
Maple syrup
Start by adding your chai seeds, milk of choice, rolled oats, vanilla yogurt, peanut butter (powdered or spreadable) and liquid instant coffee into a mason jar. Stir with a spoon to make sure all the chai seeds aren't stuck to the bottom. Secure the lid on then shake well for 30 seconds. Set it in the fridge over night, then top with some maple syrup.
