Ingredients
- 100g pumpkin
- 1/2 cup of water
- 3 dried apricots
- 1 tsp of coriander powder
- 1 tsp of ginger powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 150ml milk
- 15ml of coffee concentrate

Start by cutting the skin off your pumpkin and cutting your pieces into little cubes

Heat up your pot to a medium heat and add in your pumpkin, water, apricots, vanilla essence and a teaspoon of coriander, ginger and cinnamon powder and your honey to the pot as it boils

Once it softens turn off the stove and let the mixture cool down

Once cooled add it all to a blender to blitz it into a paste

Add 1 tbsp of the pumpkin paste to your halloween mug with your milk and coffee concentrate
