Strawberry Iced Latte Coffee Recipe

Strawberry Iced Latte Coffee Recipe

Why Everyone Is Posting Strawberry Iced Matchas… But This Is Better.

If your algorithm looks anything like mine, your feed is filled with iced strawberry matchas. They’re everywhere. Pink and green, layered in plastic cup with paper straws and captions like “Trying this viral Matcha”.

Cute? Sure. Worth the hype? Debatable. Actually good? Probably tastes like grass.

That’s why I flipped the trend on its head.

Instead of making another copycat matcha drink, I made a Strawberry Iced Coffee, and it absolutely slaps. You get that sweet strawberry hit up front, followed by rich, smooth coffee. And no $7 price tag...

It’s also stupidly easy to make at home.

Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients

  • JAM - 250g ripe strawberries (hulled & chopped)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • DRINK - 15ml Dosed Coffee Concentrate
  • 50g homemade strawberry jam (recipe below)
  • 150ml milk (oat
  • almond or dairy all work)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. 1
Add 50g of your strawberry jam to the bottom of a glass
  2. 2
Add your ice then pour in 150ml milk
  3. 3
Slowly pour 15ml of Dosed coffee concentrate on top of that for that dramatic two-tone effect
  4. 4
Stir to combine or sip as is for layers
