Need the perfect whipped cream flavouring for layering cakes, topping desserts or dipping your favourite biscuits into? Well look no further than this sweet treat cream with a hint of coffee!
Ingredients
1ml Liquid instant coffee
15ml Maple syrup
150ml Thickened cream
To a tall glass (hand mixer safe) add your thickened cream, liquid coffee and maple syrup, then using a hand mixer, whisk until it become light and fluffy. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, hand piper or to any dessert.
