Indulge in this super simple, super hearty Salted Mapel Iced Coffee drink for the warmer weather. It's the perfect balance of frothy and sweet, but still has the most delectable taste of coffee that makes this one of my favourite drinks of the summer season. 

Ingredients
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Salt (pinch)
15ml hot water
Ice
Milk
15ml liquid instant coffee

Method
Add the hot water, maple syrup, pinch of salt, and coffee to a glass and blitz with an electric frother until the liquid turns into a light brown foam. Add your ice to the concoction and begin to pour in your milk. Drizzle with mapel syrup or enjoy as is!
