Ingredients

  • 125 grams salted butter
  • ⅔ cup brown sugar
  • 15 ml Dosed Caramel Coffee Concentrate
  • 250 grams plain biscuit crumbs
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 75 grams butter (soft)
  • 15 ml Dosed coffee concentrate (any flavour)
  • pinch salt

Instructions

    Melt together the butter, brown sugar and Dosed Caramel Coffee Concentrate in a saucepan over low heat until combined

    Stir in the plain biscuit crumbs and mix until fully coated

    Press the mixture firmly into a lined slice tin and place in the fridge to chill

    In a bowl, combine the soft butter, icing sugar, Dosed coffee concentrate and a pinch of salt

    Mix with a wooden spoon until the icing becomes light and fluffy

    Spread the icing evenly over the chilled biscuit base

    Refrigerate the slice for 1–2 hours until set

    Remove from the fridge, slice into squares and serve
