- egg
- unsalted butter
- Dosed coffee concentrate
- white chocolate

Prepare the Mt Elephant brownie mix as per packet instructions

Add 1 egg, melted butter and 15ml Dosed coffee concentrate to the mixture

Stir until smooth and fully combined

Pour into a lined baking tray

Bake at 180°C fan forced for 18 minutes

Remove and allow to cool completely

Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the brownies

Let set, slice and serve
