Coffee Brownies

This is how you turn a good brownie mix into something people ask about (with a hint of coffee). Richer chocolate. Fudgier texture. A subtle coffee edge that makes everything hit harder. No extra effort. Just a smarter mix.

Ingredients

  • Mt Elephant choc chunk wholefood brownie mix 350g
  • egg
  • unsalted butter
  • Dosed coffee concentrate
  • white chocolate

Instructions

    Prepare the Mt Elephant brownie mix as per packet instructions
  2. 2
    Add 1 egg, melted butter and 15ml Dosed coffee concentrate to the mixture
  3. 3
    Stir until smooth and fully combined
  4. 4
    Pour into a lined baking tray
  5. 5
    Bake at 180°C fan forced for 18 minutes
  6. 6
    Remove and allow to cool completely
  7. 7
    Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the brownies
  8. 8
    Let set, slice and serve
