Milo Cold Foam Iced Latte

Now, if you are Aussie.. you will know a thing or two about this iconic household staple that is Milo. It's nostalgic, it's rich and it's the classic Australian sweet treat that everyone grew up with as kids. So, now that we are adults why not add it to our coffees for that extra crunchy touch of chocolate to enjoy every once in awhile (or everyday).

Ingredients

  • Cold foam: 3 tablespoons of thickened cream
  • 2 tablespoons of full cream milk
  • 1 table spoon of milo
  • 150ml milk of choice
  • ice
  • 15ml of vanilla bean coffee concentrate

Instructions

    Mix your thickened cream, 2 tablespoons of full cream milk & 1 tablespoon of milo into a jar and blend for 60+ seconds with a hand-held frother until it thickens into a cold foam paste

    To a cup add your ice, milk of choice & coffee concentrate
  3. 3
    Pour over your cold foam milo mixture and then dust over some milo to top
